Project summary

Using our agency’s experience with Marketo, targeted digital advertising and visually compelling design, We sought to bring qualified tech candidates to a Vulcan Technology recruitment webinar. In this project, we led soup to nuts – from designing the advertising campaigns to creating the presentation content for the webinar, coaching the spokespeople, fielding questions from the audience and setting up all the logic, lists and nurture campaigns in Marketo.

Challenge

In order to reach the right technical professionals, our digital advertising messaging and creative had to appeal to the right audience. Further, the experience needed to be simple and seamless, walking webinar attendees from the initial click through to registration and a feedback survey.

Results

  • Attendance rate for the webinar was almost double of industry standard
  • Our original goal was to register 100 webinar attendees – through our campaign efforts and nurture marketing, we registered 280
  • Our email marketing campaign garnered an open rate of 57.4%, far exceeding the industry standard of 22.87%
  • Our digital advertising efforts culminated in a retargeting CTR of 2.62% compared to Average CTRs of 0.14%s.
